Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bud and Blooms Candle Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates shipping charges for your order, they will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays do occur due to COVID-19, this is due to volume from mail carriers and is not in the control of Bud and Blooms Candle Co.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bud and Blooms Candle Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bud and Blooms Candle Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How long will my candles last?
5oz candles have a max burn time of 40 hours. 12oz candles have a max burn time of 96 hours. 14oz candles have a max burn time of 112 hours.
What kind of wax are the candles made with?
Our candle wax is 100% natural soy blended with coconut oil the increase the smoothness and scent throw. Our wax is free of parabens & phthalates, and is cruelty free. This type of wax gives a clean, slow burn that fills your space with aroma.
Can I reuse my candle jar?
Yes you can. Once your candle is finished, you can put your vessel in the freezer to pop out any remaining wax. Then simply wipe any excess out out the jar and use it however you please!
How do I care for my Candle?
Burn your candle for 2 hours the first time to prevent tunneling. Always burn the candle until there is an even pool to the edges of the jar. Always keep lit candles in your sight, and out of reach of children. Lit candles are HOT! Don't touch until they are cooled properly.
I dont use my candles often. How should I store them?
Store candles in a cool place, preferably room temperature and lower, to prevent them from melting of warping. Keep the lids on to prevent moisture and debris from getting to your wax.
My wick is mushrooming. What do I do?
Make sure you are trimming your wick to 1/4 inch. You can cut off the little bulbs or bend the wick upright to keep it out of the wax. This will also help prolong the life of your candle.
My candle is tunneling! What do I do?
Always burn the candle until there is an even pool to the edges of the jar. If your wax is not melting enough, you can also scoop some of it out from the edges. Another trick is to put foil around the jar to help the wax warm enough to melt the wax.
My candle is sooting! What do I do?
To prevent soot and smoke make sure your wick is properly trimmed. Some sooting will naturally occur but it can easily be cleaned. To a cooled candle, take a napkin and wipe the side of the glass with coconut oil to erase soot marks.
When will my candle come?
You should expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with a link to tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve made an order and want to cancel, please email us at contact@budandbloomscandle.com within 24 hours so that we can help cancel it for you.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged, but we can absolutely help and correct this problem immediately. Email us at contact@budandbloomscandle.com and we’ll do our best to help!
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes we do! You can purchase them from the Gift page. Your gift card will be sent via email and contain a unique code to be redeemed.
The gift card’s value will stay the same- there is no expiry date.
You can purchase a gift card with the value of $50, $75, $100, and $200.
